There is a reservation deposit policy which states that a 50% of the total stay of the guest should be paid to hold a reservation for six months to two months prior to the guest’s arrival. A full payment of the reservation would be due 45 days before the arrival date. Failure to do so would mean losing your reservation. If and when a reservation is made in less than 45 days prior to the arrival of the guest, full payment is required to hold the reservation.

In the event that a reservation is to be cancelled, there is a 15% service charge that will be deducted from the reservation fee if the cancellation of the reservation is made six weeks prior to the guest’s arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled in less than six weeks, the guest would lose his 50% reservation deposit, unless the reservation is filled, then only the 15% service charge will be deducted from the reservation deposit and the guest would receive the money left.

A security deposit is also required since every condominium is privately owned. There are different rates of security deposits depending on the rooms you have reserved and availed. Security deposits will be returned when the stay of the guest have ended. Guests should understand that the security deposit is not part of their reservation deposit and is given separately by the time the guest checks in.

Modes of payment that are accepted by the management are as follows: personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, money order. Confirmation of the reservation made may be either mailed or faxed to the guest. For security purposes, the guest should sign and mail or faxed again the confirmation to the management. After the final payment has been made, an information packet will be sent to the guest.

Most of room rates already include daily maid services as well as complimentary food served. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the suites while it is the discretion of the condo management whether they will allow pets or not. Transportation wouldn’t be a problem since every condominium is in the accessible routes.

Depending on the number of people a room can accommodate, a nightly rate for a room for 2 to 4 people would range from $105 to $155. For a group of 4 to 8 people, the rate of rooms would range from $235 to $310. If the number would reach to 6 to 12 people, the rates would range from $315 to $405. Those are the rates of the condo suites and ordinary rooms. If a condominium would offer a loft suite, a room for 2 to 4 people would then range from $180 to $260.
