Security deposits will be returned when the stay of the guest have ended. Guests should understand that the security deposit is not part of their reservation deposit and is given separately by the time the guest checks in.
Modes of payment that are accepted by the management are as follows: personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, money order. Confirmation of the reservation made may be either mailed or faxed to the guest. For security purposes, the guest should sign and mail or faxed again the confirmation to the management. After the final payment has been made, an information packet will be sent to the guest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the suites while it is the discretion of the condo management whether they will allow pets or not.
